Early Check-In Details
Javelina Marching Band,
If you are staying on-campus during the Fall 2022 semester, you will need to be on the early check-in list with University Housing in order to stay in your dorm during our preseason camp (please see the 2022 Preseason Camp Schedule page underneath the Marching Band tab for more details about our preseason camp). This is done by registering for the Javelina Marching Band through our website via tamukbands.com > Marching Band > 2022 JMB Registration and indicating on the form that you are staying on campus. Your information will then be submitted to University Housing so that you may check-in on the first day of camp.
**THE PRELIMINARY DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR EARLY CHECK IN IS FRIDAY, JULY 1st**
**Please note that failure to register through our website by the deadline will result in University Housing charging a $50 late-fee and an additional $15 per night up until the official check-in day.**
